1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using MagneticWorld ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

MagneticWorld is a 2D magnetic puzzle game available on iOS. The Game offers free and paid content, including in-app purchases for virtual coins and additional level packs.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

You may create an account using email/password or Apple Sign-In.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must provide accurate information during registration.
You may only create one account per person.
You may play as a guest without creating an account, but leaderboard features require an account.

4. IN-APP PURCHASES

The Game offers in-app purchases processed by Apple through the App Store.
Consumable purchases (Coin Packs) add virtual coins to your account. Coins are non-transferable and have no real-world value.
Non-consumable purchases (Level Packs) permanently unlock additional game content tied to your Apple ID.
All purchases are final. Refund requests must be directed to Apple per their App Store refund policy.
Prices are in USD and may vary by region due to App Store pricing tiers.

5. VIRTUAL CURRENCY (COINS)

Coins are earned through gameplay or purchased via in-app purchases.
Coins can only be used within the Game to buy power-ups.
Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, traded, or refunded.
We reserve the right to adjust coin earning rates and prices with notice.

6. LEADERBOARD AND FAIR PLAY

Leaderboard scores are verified using deterministic level seeds and hash validation.
Any form of cheating, score manipulation, or exploitation of bugs to gain unfair advantage is prohibited.
We reserve the right to remove fraudulent scores and suspend accounts that violate fair play.

7. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to play the Game.
Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage.
Use offensive or inappropriate display names.
Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content in the Game, including but not limited to graphics, pixel art, music, sound effects, code, and game mechanics, is the property of ObanekLabs and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. AVAILABILITY AND UPDATES

We may update the Game at any time to add features, fix bugs, or make improvements.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to online features (leaderboards, daily challenges).
We reserve the right to discontinue the Game or any feature with reasonable notice.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ObanekLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Game, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of virtual currency.

11. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@obaneklabs.com.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
