1. WHO WE ARE

MagneticWorld ("the Game") is developed and published by ObanekLabs. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Game.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect the minimum information necessary to provide our services:

Account data: When you create an account, we collect your email address and a display name you choose. If you sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple ID identifier (and optionally your name/email if you share it).
Gameplay data: Level scores, completion times, star ratings, and leaderboard rankings are stored on our servers to provide global leaderboards and track your progress.
Purchase data: In-app purchase transactions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We store a record of unlocked content but do not process or store payment information.

3. INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT

We do NOT collect your precise location.
We do NOT collect contacts or phone data.
We do NOT serve advertisements or share data with ad networks.
We do NOT use analytics trackers or third-party SDKs that collect personal data.
We do NOT collect data from children knowingly (see Section 7).

4. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

To authenticate you and maintain your account.
To display your scores on global and daily leaderboards.
To sync your game progress across sessions.
To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset).

5. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

Your data is stored on Supabase (hosted on AWS EU-West, Ireland) with encryption at rest and in transit. We use Row Level Security (RLS) policies to ensure users can only access their own data. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plaintext.

6. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing privacy@obaneklabs.com. Upon request, we will delete your profile, scores, and any personal data within 30 days.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

MagneticWorld is rated for ages 4+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Supabase: Backend database and authentication (supabase.com/privacy).
Apple App Store: In-app purchase processing (apple.com/privacy).
Resend: Transactional email delivery (resend.com/privacy).
Cloudflare: Landing page hosting (cloudflare.com/privacy).

9. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your data.
Export your data in a portable format.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
